Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Effective April 14, 2026

This page describes rights available to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and explains how to exercise them with CHIME Holdings LLC, the Texas limited liability company doing business as Landmen (“Landmen,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Do We “Sell” Personal Information?

We do not sell personal information for money. Landmen is not in the business of selling lists of consumer contacts, and we have never accepted monetary consideration in exchange for personal information about any consumer.

California law defines “sale” and “share” broadly enough that some of our ordinary operations — purchasing public property-records data for outreach, for example — may be treated as a sale or a share under the CPRA even though no money changes hands with a consumer. Out of caution, we honor opt-out requests from California residents regardless of whether our activity meets the statutory definition. If you are a California resident and you do not want Landmen to include your information in our outreach operations, submit a request using the form below.

Your Rights

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. Once we receive a valid opt-out, we will remove you from our outreach within fifteen business days.
  • Know what categories of personal information we have collected about you, the sources we collected it from, the business purposes for collecting it, and the categories of third parties we share it with. See our Privacy Policy for the general disclosures. You can also request a copy of the specific pieces of personal information we hold about you.
  • Delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to exceptions permitted by law (including transactional records and information we are required to retain for tax and legal compliance).
  • Correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you.
  • Limit use of sensitive personal information. We do not knowingly collect the categories of sensitive personal information defined by the CPRA (e.g. government identifiers, precise geolocation, religious beliefs, health information) in the ordinary course. If we ever do, we will honor a request to limit its use.
  • Be free from retaliation (non-discrimination) for exercising any of these rights. We will not refuse to do business with you, charge you a different price, or provide a different quality of service because you exercised a right under the CCPA.

How to Submit a Request

Email support@landmen.dev with the subject line CCPA request, or call (832) 648·1636 and ask to speak with someone about a California privacy request.

In your request, please include:

  • Your full name
  • The specific right you are exercising (opt out, know, delete, correct, or limit)
  • The property address we most recently contacted you about, and the phone number or mailing address we used — this helps us find the record we have on file
  • A preferred email address or phone number to receive our response
  • If you are submitting on behalf of someone else as an authorized agent, a signed written authorization from that person and proof of your own identity

How We Verify Your Request

We do not ask for government-issued identification for most requests. Because our records for California residents typically contain only a property address and a phone number, we verify your identity by matching the information in your request against the information in our records. If we cannot confidently match your request to an existing record, we may ask one or two follow-up questions. We use the information you provide solely to verify and respond to your request, and we delete any additional identifying information you submit for verification purposes after the request is closed.

Response Timeline

We will acknowledge your request within ten business days and substantively respond within forty-five days of receiving it. If your request is complex or we need more time, we may extend the response period by an additional forty-five days and will explain why in writing before the extension begins. Opt-out requests are acted on as soon as is operationally practical and in any event within fifteen business days.

Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We will require written proof that you authorized the agent to act for you, and we will separately verify your identity directly with you. We do not accept requests submitted through third-party “opt-out” services that do not satisfy these requirements.

Global Privacy Control (GPC)

Our website does not currently sell or share personal information through cookie-based advertising or cross-site tracking, so there is nothing for a Global Privacy Control signal to opt out of at the browser level. If we introduce any such practice in the future, we will update this page and honor GPC signals at that time.

Financial-Incentive Disclosure

We do not offer financial incentives or loyalty programs in exchange for personal information. We do not charge different prices or offer different service levels based on whether you exercise any privacy right.

Non-California Residents

Residents of other states have rights under our Privacy Policy. We honor opt-out, deletion, access, and correction requests from any U.S. resident on the same terms described above, regardless of whether your home state’s privacy law specifically requires us to.
